Alina Emelyanenko leads the community practice at Ipsos MORI. With a qualitative research background, she specialises in long-term online communities and has developed community practice first in Russia and then in UK. She sold, launched and executed communities for a number of blue chip clients including Unilever, L’Oréal, PepsiCo, McDonald’s, Danone, JTI and PMI, and has in-depth experience of managing local, international and multi-country communities

During her career Alina also acted as the global competence lead for communities; training and supporting 18 countries at Ipsos in developing their community practice.
