Janice has worked in the field of market research since the 1990s in client and supplier-side roles. She has been the Consumer Research Manager at Direct Line Group for 7 years, bringing in a range of techniques to collect and analyse consumer attitudes and behaviours.

Her expertise in insight development contributes to the creation of customer-centred products and services. She has also taken the lead on keeping the organisation up to date on macro trends that will influence consumers’ needs and expectations for insurance in the future.
