Simon started his career as a Market Research executive before re-training as software developer (yes really!) where he moved into CRM and Voice of the Customer sectors. In 2001 he started Fusion Software and in 2015 he sold the IP to Mojo Surveys to Microsoft which is now their Voice of the Customer for Dynamics CRM offering. In 2016 he created Wizu, a chatbot survey tool, in order to improve the respondent experience.
Simon is a problem solver and enjoys finding solutions to customer or industry challenges.
Outside of work he’s a keen follower of F1 and keeps Koi Carp.
